I was very happy with the service provided. I am an Area Manager for a well known retailer. The shutter jammed at my store in Andover late on a Friday afternoon. I searched the internet for shutter repair companies & phoned several companies & was told they could order a part on Monday & then arrange for the work to be done. This meant my store would have to remain closed for several days resulting in loss of trade over a busy weekend. I then phoned Paul at Doorfix24 late on a Friday evening. He said that he could get the part & come down before opening on the Saturday morning & fix the shutter, which he did. Excellent service which meant we had a busy weekend. I was recommended by a friend to try Doorfix 24, gave them a ring , Paul turned up next day, looked round gave me 2 options , electric or manual. I gave Paul the order on the spot and I asked if it could be done fairly quickish, he came back within 5 days , having got the shutter manufactured and fitted it in a few hours. I also asked about another shutter on our building , Paul changed the opening electrics all in the original price.
